2 egg muffins, glass of cranberry juice. 


Whole30 Day 1

Using this blog as a food diary of sorts 

Breakfast - 2 egg muffins (egg, sausage, tomatoes) unsweetened black tea

Lunch - mixed greens salad with garlic oregano chicken, tomatoes, basil vinaigrette and half an apple.

Dinner - sweet potato hash - one medium sweet potato, sausage, two eggs. 


I am just keeping this as place to vent about food issues. ugh.

Currently Drinking: Bigelow Constant Comment Tea. 
Delicious.  I am not usually a fan of heavily spiced teas, aside from chai or Earl Grey but this is really good.  sweetened with just a smidge of honey and spoonful of sugar, it’s pretty sweet on its own.  Bigelow usually is spot on with their flavors and to date is my preferred brand of Earl Grey, every other kind is wayyyy too flowery for my liking.
